Antibody to Uroplakin III: Clone SFI-1

Uroplakin III is a highly specific marker for urothelial carcinoma and its metastasis. DCS offers antibody clone SFI-1 to human Uroplakin III, selected for use in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed tissues.

Antibody to CDX2: Clone SFI-2

CDX2, belonging to the homeobox family of transcription factors, is an important factor for growth and development of the intestine. Immunostaining of CDX2 is useful in diagnosis of carcinomas of unknown primary indicating intestinal origin. Monoclonal antibody SFI-2 specifically reacts with CDX2 and was selected for use in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed tissues.

DCS DuoVision Plus is a background-free, high-sensitivity detection system for immunohistochemistry. Based on streptavidin / biotin DuoVision Plus Kits come with a 2-component biotin block included.
